Q.How do I set free shipping by item?

To set free shipping for orders containing a specified item, navigate to the item details page for that item from Inventory → Item list. Scroll down to Shipping and check Free shipping for orders containing this item.

Click (Confirm) then (Save). Free shipping will apply to all items shipped to this recipient. Orders containing other recipients may still be subject to shipping fees.
