Q.How do I download past order information?

To download order information, navigate to Orders → Export order data.

The first section here allows you to set limits on which data you wish to download. You can limit by a number of factors, including specific data (Name, email address, member ID, and so on), by when the order was placed, by a range of order numbers, by payment method used, and more.

You can also select which fields you wish to include in the CSV. Scroll down to the Data selection section. The fields that will not be included in the downloaded file are in the column on the left, and the column on the right holds the fields that will be included in the download. Click and drag each individual field element between fields to change it between included and excluded.

You can also rearrange the fields within the right column to change the order in which they will appear in the CSV.

Once you're finished selecting which data you wish to download, click the (Download) button at the bottom of the first section.
