Q.How do I enable shipping to multiple recipients?

To enable shipping to multiple recipients, navigate in your Shop Manager to Operations → Shipping requests. In the Multiple recipients field, select Allow customers to specify more than one recipient in a given order.
Click (Save) at the bottom of the page. Customers will now be able to select multiple recipients.
Notes:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) will be disabled when multiple recipients are selected for an order. For more information on why this is, see the following FAQ article:
Why can my customer not select COD payment when shipping to multiple recipients? - Separate shipping methods and delivery dates can be selected for each recipient.
