Q.Is it possible for a customer to save their credit card information?

As credit card processing is handled via third party services, Ochanoko does not offer the function to allow customers to save credit card information. Of our third party credit card processing services, the service of Kuroneko Web Collect (available for stores using Japanese yen only) offers an option for repeat customers. However, we recommend enabling PayPal, as this allows payment information to be saved and used easily.
