Q.Can I download an invoice for my Ochanoko subscription?

Yes. To download an invoice for your Ochanoko subscription, navigate in your Shop Manager to Basic Settings → Subscription invoice. Enter your name as you wish it to appear on the invoice and click Download.

The invoice downloaded will be in PDF format, which can be read by any device and is convenient for printing or attaching to emails. Invoices can be downloaded as many times as desired for up to 1 year after payment. Please note that you will lose access to downloading invoices if you cancel your Ochanoko subscription.
