If your private domain acquired through Ochanoko becomes inaccessible, this likely means that your domain has expired. We contact you by email two months before and one month before the first day of the month when your domain is set to renew, on the 1st day of each month. However, it is possible that you may have missed these emails. We will also send you a confirmation email once the renewal process has been completed. If you do not receive this confirmation email, it is likely that your domain has not been successfully renewed. Please contact us immediately if you suspect that this is the case. We will get back to you as soon as possible with information about whether your domain can be renewed, and any required fees to renew it. Please be aware that there is a possibility that we may not be able to reacquire your domain, especially if it has been a while since it expired.

To check the expiration date for your private domain, navigate to Basic SettingsSubscription information. You can see your domain expiration date in the Private domain expiration date field.
