Q.What are embedded tags?

In many places where you can configure automatic emails throughout the Shop Manager, you can add embedded tags.

Embedded tags are variables that input relevant information automatically when an email is sent. For example, wherever it is available, the {Name} tag inputs the name of the addressee as registered on your store. For example, if you write Dear {Name} and the email is sent to someone who registered using the name John Doe, the email will say Dear John Doe.

Please note that the available embedded tags varies depending on the field, and the same tags may not be available in different email types. A full list of the embedded tags available will be displayed next to the fields where they can be used, as in the image above.
