Q.Why do I receive two copies of order or inquiry notification emails?
When a customer submits an inquiry or an order, a notification email is sent to the main shop email address specified at Basic Settings → Shop information automatically.
Additional BCC recipient email addresses can be set on the same page. You can also specify additional email addresses as BCC recipients specifically for order confirmations at the order confirmation email page (at Basic Settings → Order confirmation email), or specifically for inquiries at the inquiry received email page (accessible by clicking on the (Edit autoreply) button in the Inquiry received email field at Basic Settings → Autoreplies).
If the main shop email address is entered into a BCC recipient field, it will receive emails twice. Please ensure that the same email is not entered as both the main shop email and as a BCC recipient, or that the same email address is not entered in both the Shop information BCC recipients field and one of the specific BCC recipients field if you do not wish to receive duplicate emails.
