Q.How do I display package tracking numbers on a customer's My Page?
To display package tracking numbers on a customer's My Page, you first need to enable this setting. Navigate in your Shop Manager to Operations → My Page. In the Tracking number field, select Display and click (Save). You can also optionally enter a message with more information about the tracking number provided in the Customizable box.
Next, input the customer's tracking number. Navigate to Orders → Order list and click the (View details) button for the order you want to add a tracking number to.
In the Sender/Recipient section, click (Edit).
On the next page, input the tracking number in the Tracking # field. Click (Confirm) at the bottom of the page, and then on the next page click (Save).
The tracking number can now be accessed from the Order History link on the customer's My Page.
Click on the relevant order.
The tracking number will be displayed as below:
