Q.Where can my customer view their order history?

Customers can view their order history from their My Page. To access their My Page, you first need to make this element available on your store's main page. To do so, the My Page element must be enabled in your Shop Manager at Design → Layout. For more information on configuring your store layout, see the following FAQ article:

After the My Page element is enabled, it can be accessed from the store's main page.

On this page, there will be a section titled Order history. The order history can be viewed by clicking on the link, with the same name, in this section.

From the *Order history** page, click on individual orders in the list to view details of specific orders.

Customers can come here to view all the information they entered and items they ordered, as well as confirm other information such as tracking numbers.
