Q.How do I change my email address?

The email address registered to your account is important and is used to contact you about such matters as your Ochanoko subscription and inquiries from customers. As such, it is essential to keep an email address registered which you check on a regular basis.

To change your email address, navigate to Basic Settings → Profile information. Enter your new email address in the Email field and click (Submit). We also recommend adding an alternate email address that we can use to contact you in the Alternate email address field, especially if you set your primary email as one created through Ochanoko.

For corporate accounts, to change your email address, navigate to Basic Settings → Profile information → Shop Contact Information. Enter your new email address in the Email field and click (Submit).
