Q.Can I offer a gift wrapping option?

You can. To do so, navigate in the Shop Manager to Operations → Special requests. Scroll down to the Options & Surcharges section. You can enter your desired gift wrapping options here, along with any applicable surcharges.

Click (Save) at the bottom of the page. Gift wrapping will now be selectable in Step 2 of the checkout process.
