Q.My shop is set to open, so why can't I place an order?

If your shop is set to open but orders cannot be placed, this generally means that you are still on the free trial. If you are, then you need to pay for your subscription before orders can be placed on your store. The cart and checkout are disabled on free trial accounts because of security concerns.
