Q.Can customers view back issues of the email newsletter?

At this point, we do not offer the functionality to display back issues of the newsletter to customers. However, back issues can be viewed in the Shop Manager at Marketing → Newsletter. If you wish, you can manually copy and paste back issues and send them to customers upon request, or create custom pages to display newsletter back issues on your website at Contents → Custom pages.
