Q.Can I select multiple checkboxes in a list without clicking on each one individually?

Yes. To do so, select the first item you wish to select, and then hold down the [Shift] key and select the last item you wish to select. For example, clicking on the checkbox for the item at order #2, then holding down [Shift] and clicking on the checkbox for the item at order #5 will also select the items at #3 and #4.
