A list of prohibited items and services can be found in our Terms of Service, at Section 5, Article 8.

Broadly speaking, the only items and services we restrict are illegal or otherwise seriously objectionable. By "illegal," we refer to your country, countries you ship to, and Japan. For example, if you sell alcohol, you won't be allowed to sell it in countries where prohibitions on alcohol are in effect, such as Iran or Saudi Arabia, because it is illegal in those countries. Conversely, if you sell products that are illegal in Japan but not necessarily illegal elsewhere, such as guns in the United States, you still may not sell them using Ochanoko, as gun sales are prohibited in Japan.

If you wish to sell items that have less heavy restrictions on them, we may require you to provide proof, such as a license, that you are legally allowed to sell such items in your country and the places you ship to. Such items include things like pharmaceuticals, antiques, or cosmetics.
