Q.Why haven't I received a registration completion email?

Registration completion emails are automatically sent on submission of the registration form. If you registered but haven't received the email yet, there are several possible reasons, including the following:
- Misentered email address
- Server or connection issues
- Automatic email filtering
If it's been more than a few minutes since you submitted your registration form, you've checked to make sure it's not in your spambox, and you still haven't received the email, send us an inquiry at our inquiry form. Include the following information:
Private account:
- Account ID
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Email you entered on registration
- Email we should use to contact you
Corporate account:
- Account ID
- Business name
- Store representative's name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Date of establishment
- Email you entered on registration
- Email we should use to contact you
