Bulk setting became available to enter stock quantity and selling price of variation options
on the item registration page and on [Inventory Control] > [Bulk Change of Prices and Quantities].

Specifications for the order information was changed

As informed earlier, specifications for the order information was changed today.

The order information is retained as received, though it was changed
according to the change on My Page and on Shop Manager.

Additionally, how to change the ordered variation option was changed.
Please click the [Change Variation Option] button.
You can quite the change clicking the Cancel Edit button.

Specifications for the order information will be changed on January 22

We are changing specifications for the order information held on Shop Manager as follows.
The order information will be retained as received after modification, though it is changed according to the change on My Page now.

COD payment is available on Ochanoko-net

COD was added to payment methods today.

Please set up taking following steps.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Settings] > [Payment Methods].
2. Click "Set Payment Method on COD.
3. Select and enter the COD handling fee.
4. Click "Complete Setting" at the bottom of the page.

Please note that if you select "Calculate based on the following calculation table",
the COD handling fee will be calculated on the total amount of merchandise total,
shipping cost and COD handling charge.

Search box is added to the Sales List on the top page of Shop Manager

You can search sales data using keywords of Category, Group and Item/Model No./GTIN.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Current Status of Your SHop Site].
2. Click the Sales Amount to move to Sales List.
3. Select and enter search conditions and click Refine in the Order Search box.

If you click the Display All button, the selected order dates are effective.
To reset the order dates, please select order dates and refine data again.

You can edit the title of a remarks box

You can edit the title of a remarks box which is shown in STEP2 in the shopping cart following the steps below.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Settings] > [Cart Settings].
2. Edit the title in the Title of Remarks Box in Cart field.
3. Click the Complete Setting button.

In this improvement, the following setting fields are moved.

(1) Checkout Agreement Checkbox
Moved from [Checkout Question] to [Cart Settings] in Cart Settings

(2) E-mail Newsletter Subscription Box
Moved from [Advanced Settings] > [Subscription Box in Cart] to [Basic Settings] > [Customer Info Entry Page]

Authorize.Net became available

You can use Authorize.Net in Ochanoko-net now.
Only users in US and Canada can sign up for Authorize.Net.

If you are Authorize.Net user;
1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Settings] > [Payment Methods].
2. Click Set Payment Method in the Credit Card field.
3. Check Authorize.Net.
4. Enter API Login ID and Transaction Key.
**Gain API Login ID and Transaction Key on the Authorize.Net control panel.
Go to Account > Security Settings > API Login ID and Transaction Key.

Message field added to in the shopping cart

You can add massage in the Returning Customer field and the New Customer field on the PC site.
On the smartphone site, they are shown above the Sign in for Checkout button and the Create My Account button.

Edit message in Note in Cart Sign-in Page on [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Settings] > [Cart Settings].
For display position, click "*See display sample".

PayPal Payments Pro became available

You can use PayPal Payments Pro in Ochanoko-net now.
This is compatible with PayPal Payment Pro in US and Canada.

PayPal Payments Pro requires approval by PayPal.
If you are PayPal Payment Pro user;
1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Settings] > [Payment Methods].
2. Click Set Payment Method in the Credit Card field.
3. Check PayPal for United States/Canada.
4. Enter API Username, API Password and Signature.
**Gain API Username, API Password and Signature on the PayPal control panel.
Go to My Account > MyProfile > My selling tools > API Access .
Under Option 2 - Request API credentials to create your own API username and password, click View API Signature.

For users in UK, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, France and Japan,
the title of setting field is changed to PayPal for UK/Singapore/Australia/Hong Kong/France/Japan.

Embeded tag for Model No./Item No. became available

You can use the embeded tag for Model No./Item No. in [Basic Settings] > [Metatags (Each Page)] now.
