Simple mode is available in the Shop Manager.

You can switch the operation mode between the simple mode and the advanced mode at the top of the Shop Manager.

Once you switch the mode, it is saved for the future operation

The simple mode is selected in the beginning, and in item registration pages, Display only required items is selected.
If you need optional fields, remove the check.

You can use different subjects for auto-reply to users and to shop.

You can vary the subject of order confirmation e-mail, registration completion e-mail and return receipt e-mail for inquiries between for users and for shop

Enter the subjects in the following pages.

For order confirmation e-mail,
go to [Shop Manager] > [Basic Settings] > [ Order Confirmation E-mail].

For registration completion e-mail,
go to [Shop Manager] > [Basic Settings] > [ Order Confirmation E-mail],
and click the Edit E-mail button for Registration Completion E-mail.

For return receipt e-mail for inquiries,
go to [Shop Manager] > [Basic Settings] > [Order Confirmation E-mail],
and click the Edit E-mail button for Return Receipt E-mail for Inquiries.

Page URLs are listed in the Category Control page and the Group Control page.

You can view URLs of category pages and control pages listed.

For URLs of category pages, go to [Shop Manger] > [Inventory Control] > [Categories].
For URLs of category pages, go to [Shop Manger] > [Inventory Control] > [Groups].

Shipping rates of UPS and FedEx can be acquired automatically in the shopping cart.

***NOTE!***
Shipping rate can be calculated automatically using APIs of UPS and FedEx.
The rate obtained is an estimate including surcharge. It may be different from the actual rate according to conditions.

Step 1: Add a delivery method.

Go to [Shop Manager] > [Delivery Charges], and click the Add Delivery Method button.
NOTE!
If you select UPS or FedEx, Drop-down list for payment methods in STEP2 is unable to be undisplayed.

Step 2: Complete Setting for UPS or FedEx.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Select UPS or FedEx in the delivery charge setting page.
You can select UPS or FedEx only once each. Select services in the setting page.

[Sender]
If USA, Canada and Mexico are selected, select states as well.
[Package Weight]
Enter to the first decimal place. Select a correct weight unit according to the sender’s country.
[Available Services]
If UPS is selected, different services are displayed depending on the sender’s country.
If FedEx is selected, all services are displayed, but some rates are not available depending on the sender’s country.
[Rate Check] This is not setting field. Please check the rate actually calculated here, before completing setting.
[Free Delivery]
If you do not wish to offer free delivery, tick the check box.

Step 3: Enter weight in each item registration page.

In items registration pages, enter weight to calculate UPS and FedEx shipping rates automatically.

Go to an item registration page, and enter Weight for UPS/FedEx.

***NOTE!***
Shipping rates cannot be acquired in the following cases.

The currency acquired form UPS/FedEx and the one used in your shop are different.
Invalid postal code is entered.
No weight is entered Weight for UPS/FedEx or total weight exceeds maximum weight of UPS/FedEx.
Domestic delivery is not available in the sender’s country.

Free delivery can be applied for each delivery method.

You can exclude a certain delivery method from free delivery.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Advanced Setting] > [Delivery Charges].
2. Click the Set Delivery Charge button.
3. Select Do not offer free delivery in the Free Delivery box.
4. Click the Change button at the bottom of the page.

Kindly note that this setting is not applied for free delivery selected in each item registration page.

Agreement check box can be put in the shopping cart.

You can confirm your customer’s agreement before the order is placed.

1. Go to [Shop Manager] > [Basic Setting] > [Terms & Conditions].
2. Check Display agreement check box above the Purchase button.in the Special Terms of Return Policy box.
3. Click the Complete Setting button at the bottom of the page.

Agreement check box will appear above the Purchase button in the final confirmation page.

Google +1 button can be displayed in your shopping page.

You can put Google +1 button in item information pages.

To display Google +1 button,
go to [Shop Manager] > [Design Control] > [Item List/Item Information Page].
Select display in the "Google +1 button" box.

Download fields are added in the Order Download page.

The followings are added to the fields you can download using a CSV file.

Tracking Number
Management Note
Sign-in Password
E-mail Newsletter
Channel
Number of Purchases
Points

Go to [Shop Manager] > [Order Control] > [Order Download].
The above fields are not selected by default.
To download these fields, move a field from the left list to the right list.

The search function has been improved in the Order List page and the Order Download page.

The search items such as Address, ZIP/Postal Code, Phone/Fax and Number of Purchases are
added to the Order Search in [Shop Manager] > [Order Control] > [Order List]
and [Order Download].

The search item selected is saved.
If you select Address, Address is displayed in the search item box
when you open the page next time.

You can enter additional attributes for Google Product Search.

The product identifier will be required in the data feed for Google Shopping Search from May 27, 2011.

We improved our system to respond to this change,
and you can enter a product and a product category for Google Shopping Search
in [Shop Manager] > [Marketing] > [Google Product Search] and
[Shop Manager] > [Inventory Control] > [New Item] and [Existing Items].
